Sandra Enders, LPC, LADC

Owner - Psychotherapist

Sandy began the practice in 2013 to do hypnosis but had little time for it while caring for her family. Becoming licensed through the years, she recently expanded with an LLC, taking in three workers from Retreat Behavioral Health (residential detox & rehab) in New Haven, after it abruptly closed in 2024. Her background is diverse with 20 years in the business arena (retail & finance) and 20 years in higher education teaching in the social & behavioral sciences. She holds an AS and BS in business, an AS in drug and alcohol counseling, and a BA in social & behavioral sciences. For graduate work, she holds an MS in political science, a SYC in educational foundations, and an MA in psychology. Sandy was raised in East Haven CT where she still resides with her husband and son on the south-central shore of CT. She was born into the Catholic Church and was active for many years in Bible study, as a catechist, lector, youth minister, and Catholic Religious Emblem Coordinator for the Boy Scouts of America. In recent years she has moved to a more eclectic spiritual focus of consciousness studies, energy and quantum psychology, and what you would call, Christian New Thought. She is trained in Psychedelic Assisted Integration Therapy, now working with Ketamine and preparing for Psilocybin. Sandy has special interests in the psychology of spirituality, paranormal events, and the presence of extraterrestrials on Earth.

Transpersonal Perspectives healing philosophy is one of Harm Reduction & Behavior Modification through training the mind and rewiring the brain. By using empathy, compassion and understanding to help the client increase confidence, it improves the quality of life and raises self-esteem and self-doubt. This is done with a focus on raising consciousness level. Once a higher vibrational energy is achieved, high-risk behaviors fall away naturally and manifestation more easily occurs.
